摘要
四川某低品位锂辉石矿其原矿品位为1.31%,矿物组成成分复杂,易泥化,分选难度大。针对矿物特点确定采用优先碱法脱出云母再浮锂辉石的原则流程。以NaOH 1000 g/t、Na2CO3 1000 g/t作为矿物pH调整剂和分散剂,椰油胺80 g/t浮选脱除云母和细泥,使用组合捕收剂731、油酸、磺化皂总用量1300 g/t,采用2精1扫闭路浮选流程,获得锂辉石精矿Li2O品位5.87%、回收率84.64%的良好指标。
Abstraet A low-grade spodumene in Sichuan containing Li2O of 1.31%. The mineral compostion is complicated and clayed, it's difficult to be separated. According to the features of the mineral, determined a principle process using alkaline deprivate glimmer first and then flotate spodumene. Taking sodium-hydroxide 1000 g/t as mineral pH adjust, sodium carbonate 1000 g/t as dispersant, using coconut oil amine 80 g/t to deprivate glimmer and fine mud, and then using 731, oleic acid and sulfonating with the total amount 1300 g/t as composition collectors to flotate spodumene. Through a closed-circuit test of two cleaning and one scavenging, the spodumene concentrate with Li20 grade 5.87% and recovery 84.64% is gained.
