摘要
以膨胀珍珠岩收尘粉、沸石、膨润土和凝灰岩等非金属矿为主要原料,采用高温快烧的方法制备出一种轻质复合陶粒。采用扫描电子显微镜和全自动吸附仪研究了样品的形貌和比表面积。结果表明,陶粒烧成的最佳工艺条件为:焙烧温度850℃、焙烧时间10 min。以罗丹明B为模型污染物考察了陶粒样品的吸附性能,2 g样品对20 mL质量浓度为40 mg/L的罗丹明B溶液去除率达到93.1%。陶粒滤料15次重复使用后的去除率为87.7%。
A lightweight composite ceramsite was prepared by high temperature fast burning using some non-metallic minerals such as perlite dust power, natural zeolite, bentonite and tuff. Morphology and specific area of samples were characterized by scanning electron microscope (SEM) and surface and aperture meter. The optimal technological conditions were investigated as calcination temperature 850 ℃ and calcinations time 10 min. Performance of adsorption was evaluated by employing rhodamine B as a model of pollutant. 93.1% of 20 mL 40 mg/L rhodamine B was removed over 2 g ceramsite. 87.7% of rhodamine B could be removed after recycling 15 times.
