摘要
建立了高效液相色谱法 (HPLC)测定顺铂水溶液的稳定性 ,考察了pH值、氯化钠浓度、温度及光照对顺铂水溶液稳定性的影响 .由HPLC图谱表明 ,顺铂在不同 pH值水溶液中 ,产生不同的降解产物 ,说明其降解机制不同 .pH值在 4 0~ 6 0时 ,顺铂水溶液稳定性较好 ,氯化钠浓度在0 9%~ 1 5 %范围内顺铂较稳定 ,0 9%以下稳定性较差 ,顺铂水溶液对光十分敏感 .
The specific HPLC method was established for determining the stability of the cisplatin aqueous solution.The μ-Bondapark NH\-2 was the stationary phase.The mobile phase was acetonitrile∶water∶95% ethanol(73∶12∶15).The effects of pH value,sodium chloride concentration,temperature and light on the stability of the cisplation solution were studied.The results showed that the discomposition mechanism of cisplatin aqueous solution was different at different conditions.At pH4 0~6 0.the cisplatin aqueous solution was more stable,but sensitive to light.
