中国特色社会主义制度已具有系统性特征,与之相适应,制度所内涵的基本价值也具备系统性。这个价值系统包括:政治价值:人民民主;社会价值:公平正义;经济价值:共同富裕;以及综合价值:社会和谐。中国特色社会主义制度已经初步具备了按照上述价值调整、规范人民与国家政权关系、生产和分配关系,以及其他各种社会关系的能力。
