摘要
人工培植牛黄灌胃给药对巴豆油致小鼠耳肿胀 ,角叉菜胶致大鼠足肿胀 ,胸膜炎模型大鼠白细胞游走均有显著抑制作用 .对ACCB抗炎作用的机制进行了初步探讨 .结果显示 ,ACCB灌胃给药能显著降低大鼠角叉菜胶性炎症渗出物中丙二醛 (MDA)含量 ,降低胸膜炎模型大鼠胸积液中一氧化氮 (NO)含量 ,显著增强超氧化物岐化酶 (SOD)的活力 .
Artificial cultivated Calcuius bovis (ACCB)showed a marked suppressive effect on the mouse′s ear odema induced by croton oil and on the rat′s hind paw odema induced by carrageenin.In addition,the chemotaxis of WBC by carrageenin in rats was inhibited significantly.The anti-inflammatory mechanism was studied in this paper.It was found that the contents of MDA and NO were significantly reduced by ACCB ,and the SOD activity was increaseed.
