摘要
随着计算机技术、有限元理论及计算流体力学等学科的不断发展,压蜡机充型过程的数值模拟技术也得到了快速发展,已成为一种能够用于科学研究并指导生产实践的模拟技术。利用三维建模软件对充型模具进行实体建模,并利用流场分析软件FLUENT对压蜡机充型进行了数值分析和计算,得出了入口压力曲线、体积分数图、流线图及温度云图,并通过比较分析了不同入口流速情况下模料的流动状态,确定最佳的充型速度,得出准确的入口压力曲线,可以为液压系统的仿真提供理论依据。
With the development of the computer technology, the finite element theory and the computational fluid dynamics, the numerical simulation technology of wax injection machine mould filling process has been rapidly de-veloped and used in scientific research and production practice. Using the 3D modeling software to make the solid model of filling mold and the flow field analysis software FLUENT to carry on the numerical analysis of the filling process, we obtain the inlet pressure curve and the volume fraction and temperature contours, determine the best filling speed through the comparative analysis of flow state for mold material at different inlet velocity, and obtain the entrance pressure curve. The results will provide a reliable theory basis for the simulation of hydraulic system.
