摘要
在设计目前国内最大的装机质量达270 t大型矿用液压挖掘机的铲斗和开斗的液压控制系统中,铲斗、开斗液压缸分别由三台和一台主工作泵供油,采用主工作泵(电液比例变量泵)和比例多路阀组合控制。为了提高工作效率,在开斗液压缸伸出(闭斗)时采用差动连接。对挖掘机进行了试验研究,通过试验,验证了挖掘机液压控制方案的正确性,为今后设计和制造更大型的液压挖掘机积累了数据和经验。
During the course of designing the hydraulic control system of the bucket and clap in large hydraulic ex-cavators with the largest domestic quality 270 tons, the hydraulic cylinder of the bucket is supplied oil by three main pumps and the hydraulic cylinder of the clap by one. These cylinders are controlled by main pumps and pro-portional multitandem valves. In order to improve efficiency, the differential circuit is adapted for the hydraulic cyl-inder of the clap stretching out. Experimental research has verified the correctness of the hydraulic control system of the excavator. And important data and experience have been accumulated for other designs and manufactures of lar-ger hydraulic excavators.
