摘要
在教学液压实验台建立的开环控制系统的基础上,采用AMESim仿真软件,建立该开环控制系统的仿真模型,并进行仿真实验,得出活塞杆位移与时间的仿真曲线。同时采集活塞杆实际伸出位移变化的数据,把采集出来的数据进行相关处理后绘制出位移随时间变化曲线,并将其与仿真的位移曲线进行比较分析。
A displacement open-loop control system was established on the teaching hydraulic experiment table. U-sing the AMESim software to establish the simulation model of the open-loop control system and run the simulation, the simulation curve of piston rod displacement was obtained. When acquiring the data of piston rod displacement in the actual experiment, the system drew the displacement curve changing with time and analyzed the simulation dis- placement curves.
