摘要
介绍使用变频调速电机驱动超高压定量泵作伺服控制元件,并用这种伺服控制元件构成超高压位置闭环或力闭环液压控制单元,在工业控制总线的联接下,根据所提出的力均衡算法,依靠位置闭环和力闭环,对上万吨的大型海工平台,进行多支点自动称重,并求出重心位置。
A servo control element consisted of an ultrahigh pressure quantitative pump driven by a frequency con-version motor is introduced as a closed-loop hydraulic control unit of position or force. According to the force equal-ization algorithm proposed, relying on the position of force closed loop, we obtain the center of gravity position of thousands of tons of large offshore platform.
