摘要
对马钢异型坯连铸拉矫机原液压系统工作原理、设计特点和存在缺陷进行了深入的分析.在此基础上,提出了用比例溢流阀代替直流电机溢流阀调节拉矫机液压系统压力的改造方案,提高了液压系统的动态响应速度和设备可靠性,同时降低了备件采购成本,缩短了备件供货周期。
The work principle, design characteristics and defects of the quondam hydraulic system of the straighte-ning and withdrawal machine for the beam blank caster in Ma-steel are analyzed deeply. An improved project is put forward that the proportional pressure relief valve is used instead of the electric-motor operated pressure relief valve to adjust the pressure of the hydraulic system. The results show that the dynamic response and the reliability of the hydraulic system are improved, and the cost of the spare part is decreased, and the delivery period of the spare part is shortened.
