摘要
在石油、化工行业的生产制造过程中,物料流通数据的不准确、不一致和不完整问题给企业决策带来了不便,大大降低了生产效率。物料平衡系统帮助企业进行生产信息的归集、校正等处理,为企业提供决策支持。企业建模帮助从多个视角对企业结构进行描述,为开发企业级系统软件提供了重要依据。其中,ARIS(Architecture of Integrated Information System)方法因开放性好、复杂度低、优化性好、操作性强等特点,被广泛应用于大型系统的建模中。针对石化行业流程的特点,系统地比较了各类建模方法的优缺点,在此基础上,应用ARIS建模方法,对物料平衡系统进行了分析与设计。研究结果表明,该方法对于提高系统设计的准确性和高效性具有较好的应用价值。
In production and manufacturing processes in petroleum and chemical industries, inaccurate, inconsistent and incomplete mate- rial flow data will result in mistakes in enterprises' decision-making, and greatly reduce the production efficiency as well. The material bal- ance system helps the enterprises in production information collection and correction processing, and provides decision-making support for them. Enterprise Modelling helps the managers to describe the corporate structure from multiple perspectives, and also provides an important basis for the development of enterprise-level system software. For the outstanding characteristics such as open, low complexity, super optimis- ation and highly operable, ARIS method are widely used in the modelling of large-scale systems. Focused on the characteristics of the petro- chemical industry processes, in this paper we systematically compare the advantages and disadvantages of various types of modelling methods. On this basis, by using the ARIS modelling method, we analyse and design a material balance system. Research results show that the method has good applied value for improving the accuracy and efficiency of the system design.
