国外儿童肥胖研究热点的共词分析 被引量:13

Cluster analysis of foreign literatures on childhood obesity

摘要 目的检索国外儿童肥胖研究的相关文献,分析当前该主题的研究热点。方法对PubMed数据库中发表的有关儿童肥胖国外文献进行分析,下载这些文献的主题词并统计主题词出现的频次,截取频次>66次的主题词作为高频主题词。两两统计高频主题词在同一篇文献中出现的频率,形成主题词共现矩阵,利用SPSS统计软件对矩阵做聚类分析,通过分析各类的文献内容,得到该主题的研究热点。结果共检出有关儿童肥胖的论文8 324篇,出现频次超过66次的主题词为64个,其中出现频次最高的主题词为肥胖/流行病学,出现频次为1 735次。通过对这64个高频主题词聚类得到8个研究热点。结论目前国外对儿童肥胖的研究热点主要集中在卫生政策、儿童肥胖病因及治疗方法、心理因素、诊断指标以及与儿童肥胖相关的疾病等方面。 Objective To present the hot topics on childhood obesity research by analyzing related literatures. Methods Foreign literatures related to childhood obesity were searched in PubMed database. The medical subject headings (MESH) of these literatures were downloaded and their appearing frequencies were counted. The MeSH terms with appearing frequencies over 66 times were intercepted as high - frequency keywords. The frequencies of high - frequency keywords in the same literatures were calculated to form a word co- occurrence matrix. Clustering was done on the matrix by SPSS software. The research focus on the topic was obtained by analyzing the contents of various literatures. Results A total of 8,324 papers related to child- hood obesity were searched out . Sixty- four keywords appeared over 66 times, and the keyword with the highest frequency was obesity/epidemiology, with a frequency of 1,735 times. Eight focal researches were obtained by clustering the 64 high - frequency keywords. Conclusions The focal researches abroad on childhood obesity are mainly focused on the topics like health policy, etiology and treatment, psychological factors, diagnostic criteria and diseases related to childhood obesity.
