摘要 采用溶剂挥发法,以甘氨酸和五水硫酸铜为原料合成得到饲料添加剂——甘氨酸络合铜的晶体。通过X-射线单晶衍射确定晶体结构,为制订饲料添加剂——甘氨酸铜产品的质量标准提供参考,规范甘氨酸铜的生产和应用。甘氨酸铜络合物属于单斜晶系,空间群P2(1)/c,晶胞参数:a=0.761 42(2)nm,b=1.231 31(2)nm,c=0.835 61(2)nm,β=90.910(2)°,V=0.783 32(3)nm3,Mr=270.70,Z=4,Dc=2.295 g/cm3,R1=0.021 6,wR2=0.058 4(I>2σ(I)),S=1.001。络合物中心离子铜(Ⅱ)配位数为5,为畸变的四面方锥构型,甘氨酸羧基参与配位,其中一个O与Cu离子配位,另一个O桥连两个Cu离子中心形成配位聚合物,其分子式为C2H9NO8CuS,结构为:■。 The solvent evaporation method was adopted to get the crystal with glycine and pentahydrate copper sulfate as raw materials. Crystal structure of the feed additive copper glycine complex products determined by X-ray single clwstal diffraction was formulated to provide the reference and specification of copper glycine complex production and application. Its structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis. It could he used for formulating feed additive glycine copper complex product quality standards to provide the reference and specification of copper glycine complex production and application. The complex crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P2(1)/c, with a=0.761 42(2) nm, 17= 1.231 31(2) nm, e=0.835 61(2) rim, 13=90.910(2)°,V=0.783 32(3) nm3. Mr=270.70. Z=4,Dc=2.295 g/cm3, R1=0.021 6, wR2=0.058 4(1〉2σ(I)), S=1.001. Center of complex ions of copper coordination number is 5, coordination polyhedron as distortion of square pyramid configurations. Carboxyl of glycine in coordination, one of the O was connected with Cu2+, another O hridge was connected two Cu2+ center to forming polymer, its structure is as follows:
