针药并用治疗过敏性鼻炎的临床观察

Observation of Acupuncture combined with Traditional Chinese Medicine on Allergic Rhinitis

目的观察中药联合针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎的联合疗效。方法采用前瞻性随机对照研究方法,将患者分为中药组、针灸组及针药组,分别予玉屏风散加减,针灸鼻三针以及玉屏风散联合鼻三针治疗。根据各组内自身治疗前后的症状积分以及3组间症状改善率的统计学分析进行疗效评定。结果中药组、针灸组及针药组的有效率分别为80.00%、87.18%和97.37%;患者各组内自身治疗前后的症状积分比较,针药组均优于针灸组及中药组(P<0.05)。结论玉屏风散和鼻三针针灸治疗过敏性鼻炎疗效显著,能改善患者的症状,鼻三针配合玉屏风散治疗过敏性鼻炎具有协同作用。

Objective： To explore the effect of combining acupuncture with traditional Chinese medicine to treat allergic rhinitis. Methods： The patients were divided into 3 groups according to the prospective randomized study. The first group was used the Yupingfeng Powder,the second group was given the Nose three needle and the third group was treated Yupingfeng Powder combined with Nose three needle. The efficacy evaluation and recov- ery rate of symptoms in three groups were assessed by symptom scores of each group in itself before and after treatment. Results： The recovery rates of symptoms of groups of Yupinffeng Powder,Nose three needle, Yup- int^Ceng Powder combined with Nose three needle were 80% ,87.19% and 97.36% respectively. There were some statistical differences in these groups （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： All of groups are effective in allergic rhinitis. Moreover,the treatment of Yupingfeng Powder combined with Nose three needle has better synergistic effect compared with other therapies.
