康复治疗对颈性眩晕患者后循环血流速度的影响

Effect of Rehabiliation on Velocity of Posteriro Circulation in Patients with Cervical Vertigo

目的应用TCD检测颈性眩晕患者康复治疗干预前后后循环血流速度变化。方法 42例颈性眩晕患者在中医康复护理干预前后采用TCD检测后循环血流速度,对比干预前后后循环血流速度的变化。结果中医康复护理干预后后循环血流速度发生明显变化(P<0.05)。结论后循环血流速度变化可反映颈性眩晕患者在中医康复治疗后的改善情况,后循环血流速度变化可作为颈性眩晕恢复的评价指标之一。

Objetive： To observe the velocity variance of posterior cimlation by the TCD in the cervial vertigo patients. Methods： 42 cases were detected the velocity by the TCD before and after the rehabiliation. Results： There was a statisitcal difference before and after rehabiliation in the velocity. Conclusion： It is one of the evaluation indices in the cervical vertigo recovery that the velocity can reflect the improvment of the cervical vertigo patients with TCM rehabiliation
