摘要
应用细胞内微电极记录法 ,以血管平滑肌细胞膜电位为指标 ,研究了易卒中型自发性高血压大鼠基底动脉对有代表性的二类激动剂氯化钾 (KCl) ,去甲肾上腺素 (NE)及乙酰胆碱 (ACh)的反应性。观察到SHR- SP基底动脉平滑肌细胞膜电位 (Em)为 (- 45.7± 3.9) m V,明显低于 Wistar大鼠的 (- 55.1± 2 .0 )m V(P<0 .0 5) ,故其反应性增强。KCl(1 0~ 50 mmol/L)及 NE(1 0 -8~ 1 0 -6mol/L)引起膜电位的去极化 ,ACh(1 0 -7~ 1 0 -5mol/L)引起膜电位超极化 。
The reactivity of basilar artery in SHR SP to two kinds of representive agonist like KCl,NE and ACh has been reported in this study by cell membrane potential(Em)using intracellular microelectrode recording.The membrane potential of vascular smooth muscle cell (VSMC) in basilar artery of SHR SP was (-45 7±3.9)mV and that of Wistar rats was (-55 1±2.0)mV.So the reactivity of VSMC in SHR SP was higher than that of normal rats. KCl(10~50 mmol/L)and NE(10 -8 ~10 -6 mol/L) induced depolarization and ACh(10 -7 ~10 -5 mol/L)induced hyperpolarization.The effects of these agents revealed characteristics in dose dependent manner.
