摘要
通过 NGF引导下鼠胚脊神经节体外培养模型的建立 ,观察 9种主要人参皂甙单体对感觉神经元轴突生长的影响。植块法鼠胚脊神经节体外培养 ,确定轴突生长所需 NGF的最低维持浓度 ,建立 NGF引导下鼠胚脊神经节体外培养模型 ,研究 9种主要人参皂甙单体 (Rb1 ,Rb3,Rd,Re,Rf,Rg1 ,Rg2 ,Rh1 ,Rh2 )对脊神经节轴突生长的作用。结果提示人参皂甙 Rg1 ,Rb1 ,Re,Rf。
With the model of NGF induced outgrowth of cultured embryonic rat spinal ganglianic neurons,the effect of 9 kinds of Ginsenosides on the axon growth of spinal ganglionic sensory neurons was observed.Embryonic rat spinal ganglionic neurons were cultured in vitro by planting pieces method.The lowest maintenance concentration of NGF for axons growth was determined.The effect of 9 kind of Ginsenosides (Rb1,Rb3,Rd,Re,Rf,Rg1,Rg2,Rh1,Rh2) on axons growth of spinal ganglionic neurons was studied.The results showed that Rg1,Rb1,Re,Rf,Rh1 had the effect of promoting axons growth of peripheral nerves.
