The differentiation of neural stem cell and basic helix-loop-helix transcription factors

摘要 近年来 ,许多 b HLH转录调控因子被克隆。研究揭示 ,b HLH转录调控因子参与了中枢神经系统神经干细胞的分化。根据 b HLH转录调控因子在神经分化过程中的作用 ,它们可分为决定因子和分化因子。此外 ,有负调控因子调控 b Recently many basic helix loop helix(bHLH) transcription factors have been cloned.Several major advances reveal that bHLH transcription factors regulate the differentiation of neural stem cells in vertebrate.Depending on their action timing during the neural differentiation process,they can be divided into either determination factors or differentation factors.In addition,some negative regulators may affect the differentiation of neural stem cells.
