三项调查指标与大沙鼠对林木危害率的相关性分析

Correlation analysis between three investigative indexes and damage rate of Rhombomys opimus to forest

在昌吉州所属昌吉市、呼图壁县、阜康市、奇台县和吉木萨尔县,以门字样方的形式调查大沙鼠的目测最大鼠数、洞群密度、洞群覆盖率和林木被害率,分析这4项调查指标之间的相关性,以探究荒漠林区大沙鼠发生危害程度的最佳调查指标。结果显示,4种调查指标均呈显著正相关,其中以洞群覆盖率与林木被害率之间的相关系数最大(r=0.86),显著高于其他2项指标与被害率之间的相关程度(P<0.05)。因此,将洞群覆盖率作为衡量荒漠区大沙鼠发生危害程度的统计指标较为可靠。

To investigate the correlation between three investigative indexes of Rhomboms opimus and forest damage rate and explore the best investigative index on the occurrence and damages of R. opi-mus, an investigation was conducted on the maximum number of visual mouse, mousehole density, mousehole coverage and damage rate in Changji, Hutubi, Fukang, Qitai and Jimusaer. Relationship be- tween the four indexes was analyzed. There were significant positive correlation among the four inde-xes. The correlation coefficient between mousehole coverage and damage rate was the largest （ r = 0. 86）. We concluded that mousehole coverage was the reliable investigative index to measure the oc-currence and damage of R. opimus.
