摘要 本文从以下几个方面较为系统地阐述了钙 -钙调蛋白 (Ca2 +- Ca M)和蛋白激酶 C(PKCs)在底物的共享结构域中聚集现象的研究现状 :1 Ca M贮存蛋白 (如神经颗粒素 NG、神经调节素 NM)的分布 ;2 Ca M和 PKCs到达共享结构域的相对时间 ;3突触后 Ca M和 In this review, we have covered the recent progress in the convergences of Ca 2+ calmodulin (Ca 2+ CaM) and protein kinase Cs (PKCs) on their shared substrate domains in the following topics: ①the distribution of CaM binding proteins, such as neurogranin (NG) and neuromodulin (NM). ② the relative time of arrival of CaM and PKCs at their shared domains. ③ the conflicting postsynaptic convergences of CaM and PKCs.
