摘要
基于数控机床的RTCP功能,采用刀尖点编程的方式,将刀尖点设为相对静止,从而五轴运动轨迹按两个摆动轴角位移变量进行规划,并选取了主轴头的旋转中心点沿空间圆运动的轨迹作为示例。利用建立的数控机床伺服系统模型进行了仿真实验,得到了各轴的位置环增益Gp对刀尖点轨迹的跟踪误差的影响规律,为数控机床加工误差溯源、动态性能优化提供参考意见。
A trajectory with the tool nose staying static is proposed according to the displacement of the two rotary axes by using of the RTCP( Rotational Tool Center Point) function of CNC machine tool in the article. An example is that another end of the tool moves along a spatial circle. Then simulations with the servo system model are present. Finally it is shown that how the position loop gain Gp of each axis influences the tracking error of the trajectory of the tool nose. It is valuable for how to show the error source and optimize the dynamic performance of CNC tool.
