摘要
目前国内外针对软开关技术的理论进展非常迅速,在交流调速系统中引入软开关逆变技术更是目前的热点研究方向之一,但其应用设计和研究却非常不够。为了解决逆变器电路中的开关损耗问题,提高开关频率,文章在对辅助二极管谐振极软开关逆变器(ADRPI)拓扑结构以及工作原理分析的基础上,设计完成了基于ADRPI的软开关三相逆变器,并进行了仿真分析和实验验证,实验表明,设计的软开关逆变电路能够较好地工作在软开关状态下,且结构简单、实用性强,为ADRPI软开关逆变器在交流调速系统中的实际应用奠定了基础。
Now the theories with relation to soft-switching technology home and broad are advancing very fast, one of a hot spot research direction is the soft-switching inverter technology in AC Drive System, but the soft-switching technology achieves much less application in inverter technology. In order to solve the problem of switching losses and improve the switching frequency in inverter, the paper ana- lyzes the topology configuration and work principle of the soft-switching inverter employing ADRPI, based on which, the ADRPI soft-switch Three-Phase inverter circuit has been designed. The effects to the auxiliary-resonant soft-switching inverter circuit by modulating its resonant parameters are well researched. At last come to the purpose of reducing switch lost of power device efficiently and the model of this auxiliary-resonant soft-switching inverter circuit is proved correct, and it has laid the foundation to the application of the ADRPI soft-switch technology in AC Drive System.
