摘要
应用ANSYS Workbench有限元分析软件对大型落地镗铣加工中心滑枕在自重条件的挠曲变形进行分析,得到滑枕的变形量与滑枕伸长量的变化之间的关系,得到了滑枕伸长量与拉杆补偿力之间的关系,为该型镗铣床的进一步实验研究提供理论依据。
The application of ANSYS finite element analysis software Workbench for large boring and milling machining center ram deflection in gravity condition deformation analysis, the relationship between change of volume deformation and elongation of the ram were found, and the relationship between the ram elongation and compensation force was obtained. It provides a theoretical basis for further experimental research of this type of boring and milling machine.
