摘要
为计算含蜡原油管道再启动过程压力,需要对原油的屈服过程、压力沿管道的传播过程、原油的触变过程和管道的清管过程进行分析。对国内外再启动模型进行总结并分析其与实际运行的差异。为准确计算热油管道再启动压力,还需对各个影响因素的定量表征等进行完善。
The factors influencing the calculation of the restart pressure of waxy crude oil pipeline were introduced, including the yielding process of gelled oil, pressure-wave propagation, oil thixotropy and the ability to meet flow acquirement. The restart models at home and abroad were summarized, and the difference between simulated result and the actual operation was analyzed. To get more accurate results, various influence factors should be quantitatively characterized.
