The paper introduces Popper＇s viewpoint of ＂three worlds＂ and Brook＇s informatics theory. On the basis of Popper＇s ＂three worlds＂ ontology and Brooks＇ informatics theory, the paper sets forth viewpoint of informatics＇ substantiality basing on Marx＇s dialectical materialism.
