摘要 本文对导向喷动流化床中固体颗粒的破损进行了理论分析和实验测试。结果表明:引起颗粒破损的主要原因是喷口气体射流的高速表面冲刷和导向筒内壁摩擦的磨损。文中提出了描述颗粒破损速率的经验式该式与实验数据符合良好。 Theoretical analysis and experimental works have been carried out to study the solid particle attrition phenomena in a spouted-fluidized bed with a draft tube. The results show that the erotion of gas jet acting on the particle surface and the friction between particle and the draft tube wall are the main causes for the particle attrition. On the basis of the analysis and experimental data, an empirical equation to describe the attrition rate of the ammonium phosphate particle is suggested:which agrees well with the experimental data.
