摘要
微生物油脂作为生物柴油重要原料,具有广阔发展前景。该文概述了主要产油微生物种类、微生物油脂生产特点,并从发酵培养基质、发酵模式等方面分析当前通过液体发酵法生产微生物油脂的技术现状,总结现有产油技术不足之处,提出加快微生物油脂开发与利用研究的策略。
Microbial oils is an important raw material of biodiesel with good prospect. the main species of oleaginous microorganisms and the characteristics of microbial oil production were reviewed. Fermentation raw materials and fermentation models were analyzed to reveal the current technologies of microbial oils production by liquid fermentation. Furthermore,some strategies were put forward based on the current deficiencies of microbial oils production.
