摘要
本文从阐述绩效考核体系和关键绩效指标的选择出发,探讨绩效考核体系中的反馈、方法及注意的事项,从中明确企业战略目标、确定关键绩效范围,建立并分解关键绩效指标,使之融入管理系统。
This paper is based on the performance appraisal system and the selection of the key performance indicators. We will investigate the feedback of the performance appraisal system and performance assessment methods as well as some issues we should care, and clear corporate strategic goals, identify the key performance range, establish and decomposition these key performance indicators. It will make them integrated into the management system.
