钢管混凝土柱在冶金行业单层厂房中的应用

APPLICATION OF STEEL PIPE CONCRETE COLUMN IN SINGLE STOREY WORKSHOP OF METALLURGICAL INDUSTRY

钢管混凝土柱是钢管内填以普通混凝土组成的新型材料,具有承载力高、塑性和韧性好、成本低、外形美观、施工方便等优点。通过工程实例,对比计算了在设计条件相同的冶金行业单层厂房设计中,分别采用钢管砼柱与H型格构柱时前者的优势。对从事钢结构设计者在制定方案、施工图设计时具有指导意义。

The steel pipe concrete column is one kind of new material, composed by steel pipes filled with concrete. It has advantages： high bearing capacity, good plasticity and toughness, low cost, beautiful shape and convenient construction. Based on project examples and calculation, it demonstrates the superiority of steel pipe concrete column compared with H shaped latticed column in design of single storey workshop of metallurgical industry under same design conditions. That has a guiding significance for design staff of steel structure in making plan and designing construction drawing.
