摘要
目的研究东革阿里(Eurycoma longifolia Jack.)的化学成分。方法采用硅胶吸附柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、开放ODS柱色谱、高效液相色谱和反复重结晶等手段进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质与光谱分析方法鉴定了化合物的结构。结果分离鉴定了8个化合物,分别为东莨菪素(scopoletin,1)、9-甲氧基-铁屎米-6-酮(9-methoxycanthin-6-one,2)、laurycolactone A(3)、eurylene(4)、β-carboline-1-propionicacid(5)、3β-羟基豆甾-5,22-二烯-7-酮(3β-hydroxy-stigmast-5,22-dien-7.one,6)、13β,21-dihydroxyeurycomanone(7)和iandonol(8)。结论化合物5-7为首次从Eurycoma属植物中分离得到,化合物8为首次从东革阿里植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of Eurycoma longifolia Jack. Methods The com- pounds were isolated by chromatography on silica gel column, Sephadex LH- 20 column, ODS column, HPLC and recrystaUization methods, and their structures were determined on the basis of special analysis. Results Eight compounds were obtained and identified as scopoletin (1), 9-methoxycanthin-6-one (2), laurycolactone A ( 3 ), eurylene ( 4 ) ,β-carboline-1-propionic acid ( 5 ), 3β-hydroxy-stigmast-5,22-dien-7 -one (6), 13β,21-dihydroxyeurycomanone ( 7 ) and iandonol ( 8 ). Conclusions Compounds 5- 7 are isolated from Eurycoma for the lust time, compound 8 is separated from Eurycoma longifolia Jack. for the first time.
