摘要
印染行业是我国传统支柱产业,由于印染废水成分复杂、可生化性差,其处理过程具有工艺复杂、处理流程长、耗能高等特点。该文从印染废水的处理工艺、处理设备及污泥处置等方面就其节能途径进行分析,探讨工艺技术及设备对印染废水处理能耗的影响并提出相应的节能对策,以求在达标排放或资源化利用的前提下,实现低能耗、低成本运行,为印染废水的低能耗处理处置提供参考和借鉴。
Dying industry is one of the traditional pillar industries in china. Due to the complicated compositions and poor biodegradability of dying wastewater, conventional treatment processes for which are complex, long treatment process and high energy consumption. Starting with discussion on possible energy saving ways in treatment processes, equipments and sludge disposal of dying wastewater, the study has investigated the effects of different technologies and processes of the wastewater and put forward some feasible energy saving measures, to guarantee that effluent meet the discharge standard or can be reused. The study could provide a reference for the low-energy treatment of dying wastewater.
