政务微博在社会管理中的应用分析

Application of Government Affair Microblog in Social Management

政务微博迅猛发展,是创新社会管理一种有益探索。以十八大精神为指导,结合近年来国内外政务微博发展经验,针对政务微博在社会管理创新中的应用,提出三点建议:通过政务微博进行网络舆情监测,实现源头治理;通过政务微博的互动功能,实现动态管理;整合政务微博,网上网下配合,实现突发事件的有效应急处置。

Government affair microblog is a beneficial exploration of a creative social management. With the spirit of 18th National Congress of CCP as the guidance, and combined with the domestic and overseas experiences, the paper puts forward three suggestions as to the application of government affair microblogging in the social management： acquire the public opinion through government microblog so that problems can be solved the moment they arise; fully use the interaction function of microblog to achieve the dynamic management; integrate government microblogs and implement the effective disposal of emergency affairs.
