摘要
2012和2013年连续两年在野外对苍耳柄锈菌三裂叶豚草专化型的寄主专一性进行了评价。结果表明,供试的82种植物中,小麦和菜豆发生了锈病;野外三裂叶豚草锈病发生地周围的农作物和野生植物中,向日葵、反枝苋和大籽蒿3种植物发生锈病,但只有三裂叶豚草锈病的病原菌为苍耳柄锈菌三裂叶豚草专化型,说明苍耳柄锈菌三裂叶豚草专化型寄主专一性强,可用于三裂叶豚草的防控。
The specificity ofPuccinia xanthii f. sp. ambrosiae-trifidae, a potential biocontrol agent of Ambrosia trifida, was investigated in the field in Beijing from 2012 to 2013. Results indicated that among 82 tested cultivated crops, only wheat and common bean infected with rust disease. And among the crops and wild plants, sunflower, redroot pigweed and Artemisia sieversiana appeared the similar symptom to the Ambrosia trifida rust disease. However, only pathogen of Ambrosia trifida rust disease was P. xanthii f. sp. ambrosiae-trifidae. It was implied that P. xanthii f. sp. ambrosiae-trifidae bears high host specificity and can be used as a biocontrol fungi to control the Ambrosia trifida.
