摘要
以寄主植物挥发性物质为基础,研制了一种广谱性针叶害虫引诱剂,并于2011~2012年分别在江苏虞山和常熟港对该引诱剂进行了野外试验。结果表明:该引诱剂对鞘翅目害虫有较好的效果,可以诱捕到天牛科、小蠹科和长蠹科等多种鞘翅目害虫,可用于在口岸对林木害虫进行非定向监测。另外比较了该引诱剂与黑光灯配成不同组合的诱虫效果,证实引诱剂+黑光灯组合对天牛和小蠹等主要害虫的诱集效果较好,为更有效的进行林木监测提供了新的思路。
We developed one kind of broad spectrum of coniferous attractant based on host paint volatiles, and field experiments were conducted on Jisangsu Yushan and Changshu port in 2011-2012. The results confirmed that this attractant is very effective for Coleopeteran, such as Cerambycidae, Scolytidae and Bostrychidae. so it can be used for non-directional monitoring on forest pests at ports. Moreover, we compared the effect between the attractant and black-light with different combinations. The results showed that using the attractant and black-light together has both good trapping effect, which provides a new way of method to monitoring on forest pests effectively.
