摘要
交叉引物扩增技术是一种新型的恒温扩增技术,为转基因生物的检测提供了新的手段。本研究针对转基因水稻Bt63的3'端边界序列设计5条CPA引物进行恒温扩增,反应条件为62℃50min。结果表明该方法特异性好,检测限为0.1%,可用于转基因水稻Bt63品系特异性检测。
CPA is a novel isothermal amplification technology and provides a new method for the detection of genetically modified organisms. According to the revealed 3' franking sequence in transgenic rice Bt63, five primers were designed for the isothermal amplification, the reaction condition was 62℃ 50min. The result showed the method is specific and the detection of limit (LOD) was 0.1%, so the method can be applied to the event-specific detection of the transgenic rice Bt63.
