摘要
铁路军用尽端式站台设计所依据的相关规定和参照的标准图已使用多年,其设计标准和技术要求与现实保障需求已不相适应,在装卸载作业技术条件方面存在较多问题,尤其不能适应部队快速投送需求。分析了站台高度、站台与平车间连挂空挡宽度、平台长度,站台斜坡坡度及变坡点设置,车钩及缓冲装置选型及安装,混凝土工程结构形式及强度等诸多方面存在的问题,在分析技术条件需求的基础上,对设计标准和设计方案提出改进意见,为修订相关技术标准和优化设计标准图提供参考。
As the relevant rules and the standard drawings, according to which the railway military stub-end-type platform is designed, have been used for quite a few years,the design standards and technical requirements are no longer up to the present re- quirements in support needs, with many problems existing in the technical conditions for loading and unloading operations,mak- ing it impossible to meet the requirements of troops in fast-projection requirements. Upon the basis of analyzing some of the problems existing in the height of the platform, the width of the connecting clearance between the platform and the flat trailer, the length of the flat platform, the inclining degree of the slope of the platform, the provision of the gradient-changing points, the choice of the right type of and the fixing of carriage hooks and buffer devices, the structural forms and strength of concrete pro- jects, etc. ,the requirements in technical conditions are analyzed, on the basis of which some tips on the improvement of the de- sign standards and design schemes are put forward in the paper. It may serve as a useful reference for the revision of the relevant technical standards and the optimization of the design of standardized drawings.
