摘要
用正交试验法设计9根钢管玄武岩纤维混凝土短柱,以短柱实测承载力作为功能评定指标,以短柱原材料成本费用作为成本评定指标,运用价值工程理论进行短柱的经济性分析:承载力条件下最优因素水平并不是经济效果最好、价值指数最高的因素水平,含钢率较低的钢管玄武岩纤维混凝土短柱其经济性更好。
Nine short steel-tube-basalt-fibre concrete columns are designed by the orthogona[ test method. With the really-measured bearing capacity of the short column as the function-evaluating target and the cost of the raw materials used for the short column as the cost-evaluating target,an economic analysis is made of the short column with the theory of value engineering. It is found that the best-factor level under the condition of the bearing capacity is not the highest factor level in either the economic effect or the value target, while the economy of the short steel-tube-basalt-fibre column containing less steel is found to be even better.
