石家庄轨道交通站点周边土地利用优化策略研究

A Study of the Optimization of the Land-Using Strategies for the Land near Metro Stations of Shijiazhuang

随着石家庄城市轨道交通线的建设,如何提升轨道交通站点周边土地利用效率,成为值得关注的问题。以石家庄轨道交通线上的3个典型站点为研究对象,利用卫星影像数据,分析了站点周边的土地利用特征;并在问卷调查数据分析的基础上,对站点周边用地设施需求情况进行了分析。研究显示:石家庄3个轨道交通站点周边土地混合利用程度较低、商业设施比例偏低,不同特征的出行者对轨道站点周边的用地设施需求存在差异。提出了站点周边土地利用优化策略:优化站点周边的土地利用结构,提高商业服务设施的比例;重视提高周边地区土地利用的混合程度,提升站点周边地区的综合服务水平。

With the construction of the rail transit lines of Shijiazhuang, how to improve the land-using efficiency of the land around metro stations has become a worthy concern. With three typical metro stations along the Shijiazhuang rail transit line as the targets of our studies, the land-using characteristics of the land around metro stations are analyzed with the help of the satel- lite image data;and upon the basis of a questionnaire survey, the requirements for the facilities on the land around metro stations are also analyzed in the paper. The result of our research shows that the comprehensive land-using efficiency of the land around the three chosen metro stations is rather low, the commercial facilities occupy a comparatively small proportion,and travelers with different characteristics have different requirements for the facilities around the metro stations. Upon the basis of the above-mentioned study,put forward in the paper are some strategies for the optimization of the use of the land around metro stations： optimizing the land-using structure of the land around metro stations,increasing the propor- tion of commercial service facilities, paying more attention to the improvement of the comprehensive use level of the land near metro stations, and enhancing the comprehensive service level of the surrounding areas near metro stations.
