美军铁路链式加固器材发展现状及对我军的启示

The Current Development of the Chain-Type Tiedown Equipment for Railway Transportation of the US Army and Its Enlightenments to Our Army

介绍了目前美军铁路链式加固器材的发展现状,包括用途、结构和使用方法,分析了加固器材统一规范、取用方便、军民通用性好及加固方案简明的特点。对我军铁路捆绑加固器材的发展提出了应设计生产统一规范的制式加固器材、制定简明的加固标准方案、结合平车生产制造设计加固器材及装备生产设计时预留充足的系留点等对策建议。

Upon the basis of introducing the current development of the chain-type tiedown equipment for railway transportation of the US army,including its purposes, configuration and methods of use, the characteristics of the chain-type tiedown equip- ment, such as the unified norm for it, the easy access, the military-civilian universality and the conciseness of the tiedown plan, are analyzed in the paper. As far as the development of our own chain-type tiedown equipment for railway transportation is con- cerned, some useful measures and suggestions are also presented,including designing and producihg the standardized tiedown e- quipment,working out the concise standardized tiedown plans, combining the design of the tiedown equipment with the manu- facture of flat trailers, and reserving sufficient tiedown points while military equipments are designed and produced.
