摘要
房地产业是上海经济未来 10年持续发展的重要保障。房地产持分权交易是对传统交易方式的补充 ,率先建立房地产持分权交易方式 ,对于带动整个上海经济的飞跃具有重要意义。本文在设计了房地产持分权交易运行方案的基础上 ,提出了在浦东房地产市场积极进行试点的政策建议。
Real estate industry is a propeller to the development of Shanghai's economy in future 10 years. Deal of distributing rights of real estate is a supplement to traditional deal forms. It's of great importance to Shanghai's economy's development to establish trade market of real estate's distributing rights as soon as possible. This paper designs the program of deal of distributing rights, and on the basis of which suggests to start trial in Pudong's real estate market.
