Experience of Professor Hou Yufen Syndrome Differentiation and Treatment of Deep Thrombophlebitis

股肿病根据其病程及临床表现,可分为急性期、迁延期和慢性期。其急性期和迁延期患者多为"瘀""湿""热"三者互结为患。慢性期患者多是虚实夹杂证,临证需权衡湿、热、瘀、虚的主次轻重缓急,分别予以利湿、清热、活血、益气、养阴等,辨证用药。同时辅以熏洗、涂敷疗法,内外兼治,以图全功。

Deep thrombophlebitis according to duration and clinical manifestations can be divided into acute, delayed and chronic stages. Mutual actions of blood stasis, dampness and heat in delayed and chronic stages. Chronic stage mainly is intermingled deficiency and excess syndrome, and should weight priorities of blood stasis, dampness and heat in clinical practice, respectively is given diagnosis and prescription of promoting diuresis,clearing heat, activating blood, replenishing qi and nourishing yin. At the same time, adjuvant therapy of fumigation-washing and coating therapy for external use, so as to achieve the comprehensive curative effect.
