摘要
目的:观察骨疼静胶囊对大鼠血瘀模型血液流变学的影响。方法:取清洁级雄性大鼠72只,随机取12只作为空白对照组(生理盐水),其余60只大鼠制作血瘀模型,随机分为模型组(生理盐水),颈复康颗粒组(0.33 g·mL-1),骨疼静大剂量组(0.138 g·mL-1)、中剂量组(0.069 g·mL-1)、小剂量组(0.034 5 g·mL-1),各组均按照0.01 mL·g-1体积给药。取小鼠眼球血,测定凝血时间、全血黏度、血浆黏度、血沉、红细胞压积、全血还原黏度、K值。结果:与模型组比较,骨疼静各组可显著降低全血黏度、还原黏度、血浆黏度、血沉(P<0.01);与模型组比较,显著降低血浆黏度;古藤静大剂量组、中剂量可显著升高K值(P<0.01),延长凝血时间(P<0.05),降低红细胞压积(P<0.05);古藤静大剂量组可显著提高变性指数(P<0.01)。结论:骨疼静胶囊对大鼠血瘀模型血流变学有较好改善作用,且有一定的量效关系。
Objective:To observe the effect of Gutengjing Capsule on hemorheology of blood stasis model rats. Methods:Clean 72 male Wistar rats, 12 randomly selected only as blank control group, the remaining 60 rats were built for blood stasis model. 60 rats were randomly divided into model group (normal saline),jingfukang granule group(0.33 g·mL^-1), gutengjing high-dose group (0. 138 g·mL^-1 ) , middle dose group ( 0.069 g·mL^-1 ) , small dose group ( 0. 0345 g ·mL^-1), and each group medication in accordance with the volume of 0.01 mL·mL^-1. Taked eyeball blood in mice to determine blood coagulation time, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation, red blood cell pressure, whole blood reductive viscosity and K value. Compared with model group, gutengjing capsule groups can significantly decrease the whole blood viscosity, reductive viscosity, plasma viscosity, blood sedimentation ( P 〈 0.01 ). Gutengjing high dose group,middle dose group can significantly increase K value( P 〈0.01 ) ,prolong clotting time( P 〈0.05 ) ,reduce red blood cells deposited( P 〈 0.05 ) ; Gutengjing high dose group can significantly improve the degeneration index (P 〈 0.01 ). Conclu- sion:Gutengjing Capsule has good improvement on hemorheology of blood stasis model rats, and certain dose-effect relationship.
