连城白鸭产品质量安全追溯体系的设计与实现

Design and Implementation of Quality Safety Traceability System for Liancheng White Duck

为了保证连城白鸭养殖生产流程的质量安全,本文运用畜禽疫病防控体系规范白鸭养殖生产流程,采用B/S模式结构体系,构建覆盖从白鸭育种、育雏、养殖、检疫、供料供药、屠宰、加工、冷库、运输流通、销售等各个环节的质量安全可追溯系统。系统对连城白鸭质量安全控制的关键环节信息进行追溯,为白鸭质量安全监控提供良好的操作平台。

To ensure the quality safety in the production process of Liancheng white duck,this article applied livestock and poultry disease prevention and control system to regulate the white duck＇s breeding and production process, and constructed a quality safety traceability system covering breeding,brooding,feeding,quarantine,feed and drugs supply.slanghtering,processing.cold storage,logistics and sale by using B~ structural system, which can trace the key points of Lianeheng white duck＇s quality safety control, and provide a suitable operating platform.
