高校图书馆流通工作现存若干问题及可行性对策探讨

Existing Problems and Feasible Countermeasures of Circulation Work in University Libraries

本文针对网络和系统自动化环境下高校图书馆工作中现存的若干问题,以图书馆流通工作和图书管理工作人员为视角点,通过加强图书馆流通服务、提高馆员素质和结构、发挥读者主体能动作用,提出相应的可行性建议和对策,以期对高校图书馆工作的完善和效能强化有所裨益。

Aiming at the existing issues under network and system automation environment in the university library work and standing in the view of circulation work and librarians,this paper presented feasible countermeasures, including strengthening circulating service, improving the qualities and structure of librarians, developing the dynamic role of readers, to help improve and strengthen the effectiveness of university library work.
