Study on the Talent Cultivation Pattern of Architectural Ornament Engineering Technology in Higher Vocational Colleges

高职院校建筑装饰工程技术专业人才培养模式是高职院校一直深入探索研究的课题,本文对高职院校建筑装饰工程技术专业人才培养模式的研究课题的探索,源于本人对高职教育的研究,高职院校是培养专业的建筑装饰工程技术人才,通过专业性的构建形式的构成的方式方法,以专业化方式使理论和实践统一为途径,以和企业的有效衔接来实现专业技术人才的目标。

The talent cultivation pattern of architectural ornament engineering technology have been explored and studied by higher vocational colleges. Based on the study of higher vocational education, this paper indicated that in order to achieve the goal of cultivating professional and technical talents, higher vocational colleges should take professional construction forms and methods, integrate theories and practice, and build effective connection with enterprises.
