自制可宁汤口腔护理液用于系统性红斑狼疮并发口腔黏膜损伤的辨证施护效果研究

Dialectical nursing study on the effect of self-made active constituents of Kening decoction oral nursing solution for systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with oral mucosal lesion

目的观察自制可宁汤口腔护理液用于系统性红斑狼疮并发口腔黏膜损伤辨证施护的效果。方法对40例系统性红斑狼疮反复发生口腔黏膜损伤患者采用自身对照方法,在日常口腔清洁基础上,分别予常规漱口液口腔护理及可宁汤Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号口腔护理。采用口腔健康评估表进行疗效观察。结果常规漱口液口腔护理与可宁汤Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号口腔护理后各时间段口腔健康状况评价比较均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论对系统性红斑狼疮并发口腔黏膜损伤患者辨证后用可宁汤Ⅰ号、Ⅱ号口腔护理液施护效果优于常规漱口液口腔护理。

Objective To observe the dialectical nursing effect of self--made active constituents of Kemng decoction oral nursing solution for systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with oral mucosal lesion. Method Observe 40 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with repeated oral mucosal lesion by self--contrast method. Patients receive rou- tine nursing care by gargle and nursing care by No. 1 and No. 2 active constituents of Kening decoction based on routine oral cleaning. Observe the effect by oral health scale. Result There is significant difference on oral health condition comparison between oral nursing effect of routine gargle and active constituents of Kening decoction in all stage （P（0. 01）. Conclusion Active constituents of Kening decoction oral nursing solution h0s better dialectical nursing effect than routine gargle on systemic lupus erythematosus complicated with oral mucosal lesion.
