精神科封闭病房开展优质护理的实践与成效

目的:探讨精神科封闭病房开展优质护理的实践方法与效果。方法:在精神科各个病区开展有专科特色的优质护理,加大人力资源配置,改变原有的护理工作模式,公示并落实分级护理、基础护理服务项目及标准,加强对康复期精神病患者的健康宣教,开展特色服务,突出精神科护理安全措施的落实。结果:提高了精神科护理质量及患者满意度;减少了护理文书的书写时间,增加了直接护理时间;降低了精神科护理不良事件的发生率,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展优质护理对全面提升精神科护理质量具有积极的推动作用。

Objetive ：To explore carry out high -quality nursing practice and effect in the closed psychiatric ward. Methods：Carried out specialized subject characteristic of high - quality nursing in every psychiatric ward, increase the configuration of human resources, changing the mode of nursing work, publi- cize and implement grading nursing, basic nursing services and standards, strengthen health education of the mental patients in rehabilitation period, to car- ry out the characteristic service, highlight the implementation of psychiatric nursing safety measures. Results ： Improved the quality of psychiatric nursing and patients satisfaction; reduced the writing time of nursing documents, increased the direct nursing time, reduced the incidence of psychiatric nursing adverse events, the differences were statistically significant （ P 〈0. 05 ）. Conclusion ： To carry out high - quality nursing for comprehensively improving the quality of psychiatric nursing has a positive role.
