非等温萃取过程的研究

Studies on a Non-isothermal Extraction Process

本文设计了一种非等温萃取过程,并在小型实验装置上对三种体系进行了萃取实验。同时也进行了与之对比的普通液液萃取实验。实验表明,对于本文研究的三种萃取体系,在相同设备和相同操作条件下,非等温萃取过程的分离效果明显高于普通液液萃取过程。

In this paper, a non-isothermal extraction process was proposed. And an extraction device has been designed. Extraction experiments have been made for DMF-heptane-toluene, DMF-hexanetoluene and DMF-water-hexane-toluene systems. The experimental results showed that the separation efficiency of the non-isothermal extraction process is 36%～57% higher than that of the ordinary isothermal extraction at the same conditions.
