病证结合作为中医学的重要原则之一,在中医证候规范化研究中也占有重要的地位。文章概述中医病证结合理论的渊源,探讨中医临床病证结合的诊断思维模式、基于中医四诊客观信息量化建立的中医病证结合诊断模型及以方察证的病证结合诊断研究,以期对基于病证结合进行中医证候规范化的研究有重要的启示作用。

The combination of disease and syndrome is one of the important principles of traditional Chinese medicine, is also plays an important role in Standardization of TCM. This article summarize the origin of the combination of disease and syndrome theory, to discuss the mood of diagnosis thinking which of the combination of disease and syndrome,four diagnostic objective information based on quantitative combination of established TCM Syndrome Diagnostic Model, in the certificate of diagnosis combined disease research, to be based on disease and syndrome standardization of TCM research has important implications.
