岭南肺癌辨治思路探析

Thoughts of syndromes differentiation for lung cancer in Lingnan

基于岭南人文地理环境的特殊性,本文对岭南肺癌的病因病机、治疗法则、整体观念、用药特点等方面做了初步探讨。岭南的人文地理环境决定了岭南人特殊的体质特点:脾虚痰湿,而成为岭南肺癌发病的前提基础;肺脾交虚兼痰湿内阻是岭南肺癌发病的主要病机,并有蕴久成毒、成瘀的特点;宏观把握的思想是岭南肺癌病机分析、治疗法则的建立及临床药物选择的重要理念;而益气除痰是岭南肺癌中医药干预的主要原则。

Based on the specificity of human geographic environment in Lingnan region, this article gives a preliminary discussion on Lingnan cancer from the perspectives of etiology and pathogenesis, principle of treatment, concept of holism and medication characteristics, et al. Lingnan human geographic environment determines human＇s special constitution, namely, deficiency of the spleen and stagnation of phlegm-damp, thus to be the precondition of Lingnan lung cancer; Lung-Spleen concurrent deficiency combining the retention of phlegm-damp are the main pathogenesis of Lingnan cancer, and its longtime endoretention could lead to toxic substance accumulation and blood stasis; Macro-rectiulation is the important thoughts in Lingnan cancer, and could be a good reference in the aspects of analysis of the pathogenesis, establishment of principle of treatment and clinical choice of chinese herbal medicine; And invigorating qi and removing phlegm is a main principle in Lingnan lung cancer intervention.
